Introduction

 

Double sensor digital torque wrench tester is a test instrument used to calibrate various torque wrenches. The instrument adopts single-chip control technology and is composed of high-precision torque sensors and force brackets. It has accurate testing, stable performance, rich functions and easy operation. The instrument adheres to the leading technology of Rufa in the industry, and all indicators have reached the domestic first-class level. It is a very cost-effective test instrument and has been widely used in manufacturing industries and measurement and testing departments such as electricity, light industry, machinery, engines, internal combustion engines, electric vehicles, motorcycles, automobiles, ships, and aircraft.

Parts name:

1- Base plate:

2- Display: can set and display torque value;

3- Display angle adjustment knob:

6- Height adjustment knob: can adjust the platform height to make the torque wrench to be tested in a horizontal state. If it is not in a horizontal state, it may cause measurement errors;

7- Handle: used to move the instrument;

8- Horizontal force rod:

9- Left and right adjustment knob: adjust the test platform to make it suitable for the arm length of the torque wrench to be tested, and can also adjust the direction of the test platform to adapt to the forward and reverse measurement of the torque wrench;

10- Driving hand wheel: load or unload the torque wrench under test;

11- Sensor force head: several conversion test heads are equipped according to the square head size of the torque wrench at the factory;

12- RS232 connection hole: can be connected to a computer (this function is not equipped at the factory, and the user needs to purchase an instrument with this function separately);

13- Empty;

14- Power switch [POWER]:

16- Install the rear cover: Open the rear cover to calibrate the instrument. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from removing the board!

●The Display Window In The Middle Of The Display Can Show The Current Torque Value. The Three Indicator Lights On The Right Represent Three Measurement Units Respectively. The Three Indicator Lights On The Left: TRACK Light Indicates That The Measurement Mode Is In Tracking State, PEAK Light Indicates That The Measurement Mode Is In Peak Hold State, And ALARM Light Indicates Over-Limit Alarm;

 

Operation Instructions

 

1. Turn On The Power Switch;
2. Press The "UNIT" Key To Select The Required Measurement Unit;
3. Press The "MODE" Key To Set The Measurement Mode To "TRACK";
4. Press The "RESET" Key To Reset The Displayed Value To Zero;
5. Press The "BZ" Key And Its Combination Key To Set The Upper Limit Alarm Value;
6. Select The Accessories That Match The Torque Wrench To Be Measured And Place Them On The Force Sensor Head;
7. Place The Torque Wrench To Be Measured On The Work Station (Between The Force Sensor Head And The Test Platform), And Adjust The Height Adjustment Knob To Keep The Torque Wrench At The Water Level. =In The Horizontal State, Adjust The Left And Right Adjustment Knobs To Adapt To The Arm Length And Measurement Direction Of The Torque Wrench;
8. Press The "MODE" Key To Set The Measurement Mode To The "PEAK" State Or "TRACK" State. If It Is In The "PEAK" State, You Can Record The Peak Data (Maximum Value Data). Press The "RESET" Reset Key To Clear The Maximum Value Data And Return The Display To Zero;
9. Turn The Handwheel To Load, And You Can See On The Display That The Torque Value Changes With The Loading. When The Torque Value Reaches Or Exceeds The Set Alarm Value, The Instrument Will Sound An Alarm, And The "ALARM" Alarm Light On The Display Will Light Up To Remind The Operator To Stop Loading; To Improve The Accuracy Of The Measurement, When Approaching Or Estimating The Maximum Value Or Set Value, The Loading Speed Should Be Slowed Down;
10. If You Want To Print The Measurement Value Or Transfer The Measurement Data To The Computer, Press [P RINT】Print Key;
11. Rotate The Handwheel In Reverse To Remove The Torque Wrench Being Tested;
12. If You Want To Continue Testing, Repeat The Above Steps. It Is Generally Recommended To Measure Several Times And Take The Average Value;
13. If The Test Is Over, Remove The Test Accessories, Turn Off The Power, And Keep The Instrument Properly;
14. If The User Is Not Testing A Torque Wrench, But Other Tools, Refer To The Above Test Process. If Necessary, A Special Fixture Is Required;
