Digital Torque Wrench Tester

Digital torque wrench tester is a test instrument used to calibrate various torque wrenches.

1. Do not use torque tools that exceed the maximum allowable load to avoid damaging the instrument!

2. Although the instrument can be used normally after it is turned on, it is recommended to preheat it for 10 minutes to ensure the best performance of the instrument!

3. Because the instrument is very sensitive to environmental conditions, the display may not be at zero when the instrument is turned on. Press the "RESET" key to reset it;

4. Avoid The instrument should be used in the following places:

⑴Areas with splashes of water, oil or other liquids;

⑵Areas with vibration or dust or hot air;

⑶Areas with high humidity (suitable humidity: 30%-70%);

⑷Areas with high temperature (suitable temperature: 10-40ºC);

⑸Environmental conditions that may cause functional failure or precision distortion;

5. Do not disassemble the instrument or calibrate various components without authorization, as this will affect the performance of the instrument;

6. Do not place the instrument in high humidity or cold places, where water droplets are easily condensed inside the instrument, causing functional degradation;

7. Never measure a load that exceeds 120% of the maximum torque value of the measurement range!

8. Never use a hammer or other impact tool to hit the sensor head!

9. Clean the instrument regularly and apply a small amount of butter to the sliding parts, bearings and other parts.
