Product Overview
Torque multiplier, also known as torque amplifier, is an efficient and practical tool. It amplifies the torque applied by the operator through a specific mechanical structure, so that fasteners (such as bolts, nuts, etc.) can be tightened or removed more easily and quickly.
Product Features
1. It adopts a high-efficiency planetary speed change mechanism as the main transmission, which is small in size and light in weight. Due to the large speed ratio, a small input force can produce a large output torque. The flat reaction force arm can adjust the position of the force-bearing cylinder according to the working conditions.
2. The operator only needs to apply a small force to get 4-76 times the output torque.
3. The matching torque wrench presets the torque according to the transmission ratio. When the corresponding pre-tightening torque is reached, it can automatically send out a "click" alarm signal, accompanied by obvious hand vibration, so as to easily complete the tightening and disassembly of bolts and nuts.
