How to use dial wrench
The SDX-125HP torque wrench is an instrument indicator for measuring the torque of threaded fasteners, which can be detected arbitrarily within the measuring range. It is suitable for torque testing of fasteners with high precision requirements.
1. Before use, you must first adjust the zero position!
(1) When using it for right-hand rotation, rotate the knob above the dial counterclockwise to make the red driven pointer close to the black active needle; rotate the case so that the driven pointer points to the zero position of the dial torque scale.
(2) When using it for left-hand rotation, rotate the knob above the dial clockwise to make the red driven pointer close to the black active needle; rotate the case so that the driven pointer points to the zero position of the dial torque scale.
2. When using, the tightening force should be applied slowly and steadily until the driven pointer moves to the required torque value.
3. After stopping the force, the active pointer automatically returns to zero, the driven pointer remains on the indicated scale value, and the torque value can be accurately read. Turn the knob above the dial to return the driven pointer to zero, and then you can use it again.
